Collaborating with the Austin office of interior designer, Perkins&Will (formerly Lauckgroup), LuM Lighting Design provided lighting design services for SolarWinds, an IT software management company located in a building previously designed by LuM - the AMD Lonestar Campus. The Design Team created an energy-filled space that would inspire and connect employees and clients. For the gold-winning 175,000-sq.ft. renovation, the designers recommended contrasting materials and colors to create a fresh and engaging design while also creating an easy-to-follow wayfinding system within the offices’ open concept. Lighting systems supported the wayfinding concepts with certain groupings and applications of lighting fixtures occurring at repeating architectural design elements throughout the space.
