LuM Lighting Design collaborated with design and landscape architect, CallisonRTKL and local architect and developer, Grupo Roble, on this 80-acre, multi-phase housing development in north Panama City, Panama. Appealing to US ex-pats as well as Panamanian citizens, Golf Gardens Residences & Club includes 957 “smart home” intelligence-connected luxury townhomes built in 7 clusters around an Amenities Club complete with pool, sport courts, hike/bike trails on the central conical karst hill with an observatory platform situated at the top with expansive views of the city, indoor/outdoor event venues, landscaped roadways and neighborhood pocket parks.

Completed to date are the Amenities Club, pool, Entry gatehouses, landscaped roadways, 3 housing clusters with multiple pocket parks, sport courts and a partial hike/bike trail up the conical karst hill. The video below shows the full build out fly-through while the photos show the Amenities Club.
