CORTLAND BILTMORE (formerly The Angela)

 
 

LuM Lighting Design worked with developer, StreetLights Residential, architect, Omniplan, and interior designer Perkins&Will (formerly Lauckgroup) on Cortland Biltmore (formerly The Angela), a multifamily neighborhood located in the popular Biltmore District in central Phoenix. The building has striking architecture and distinctive interior design features including a boutique hotel-style lobby, a private bar and a great room for social gatherings. The site has easy access to nearby offices, shops and recreation and includes 532 units. This inspiring community is designed with the resident in mind. It includes a private bar and billiards lounge, luxurious pool deck with lounge seating and fireplace, a great room for hosting social events, relaxing courtyards with lounge areas and a yoga deck, Dog Park, fitness center and private library.
