Working with developer, StreetLights Residential, architect, Omniplan, and interior designer, Perkins&Will (formerly Lauckgroup), LuM Lighting Design provided lighting design services for The Ryan. The Ryan is 304,200 SF of residential space, totaling 332 units on 13 floors. Amenities include an expansive pool and deck, fitness center, yoga lawn, makers' garage, pet spa as well as panoramic views of Downtown Phoenix and mountains. The Ryan is part of a new mixed-use development called Block 23, located on the most significant block in downtown Phoenix. Block 23 offers a vibrant live-work-play environment that includes the first urban grocer in Downtown Phoenix, retail, restaurant space and an office tower.
