Working with developers, Trammell Crow and High Street Residential, architect, Ziegler Cooper, and interior designer, Waldrop + Nichols, LuM Lighting Design provided lighting design services for the Houston Parkside Residences high-rise in downtown Houston. At 808 Crawford Street, residents will have access to three levels of amenities, including a rooftop pool with indoor and outdoor lounge areas and a cantilevered observation deck for residents that rises more than 430 feet above street level. Amenities on the 14th floor include a lounge and clubroom, complete with a catering kitchen; a state-of-the-art fitness center; two guest suites to accommodate short-term stays of residents’ guests; an enhanced work-from-home center, offering conference rooms and co-working arrangements; an outdoor fireplace and seating area; BBQ grills; a yoga terrace; and multiple seating areas with views overlooking nearby Discovery Green. Additional amenities include a complimentary coffee and refreshment bar; a covered dog run and indoor pet spa with grooming stations; round-the-clock valet parking, as well as concierge and security services; bike storage; and private conditioned storage.
