Working with developer, StreetLights Residential, LuM Lighting Design provided lighting design services for The Hadley residential high-rise. An 8-minute walk from the Midtown tech corridor, The Hadley anchors the corner of 5th and Juniper, adjacent to the historic St. Mark’s United Methodist Church. The 26-story, 300-unit tower has traditional architecture complimenting St. Mark’s Church mixed with modern metal arches and floor to ceiling glass. With an 8th story pool and amenity space, the views at The Hadley will be breathtaking. With a traditional aesthetic that has a modern vibe, the lighting is integrated into many architectural details and expressed in both custom and off-the-shelf decorative lighting fixtures.
